Description

Premonition - You Can Make It Shine/ Get Yourself Together

(MRC 001 UK 12" 1980s)

This is a UK original 12" Single pressing. There is no release year printed on it anywhere. However, it is a 1980's UK release. There is one track on each side. The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press MRC 001 A1 and MRC 001 B1 matrix numbers. "ORLAKE" is etched in the dead wax on both sides. This single plays on 45 rpm. The A-side label has the band name & both tracks printed on it. The B-side label is blank. This 12" single comes with its original plain white card outer sleeve & original plain paper inner sleeve.

This is a very rare UK 12" single. This single is a great example of UK Modern Boogie-Funk-Soul. Both tracks are excellent. They are, I believe, both available to hear on Youtube. Please check them out if you are unfamiliar with them.

Sleeve: There is some light, very mild or very minor fading to the sleeve. There is a very small stain on one side. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear. Very Good++ condition

Vinyl: There are some mild, more moderate or moderate sleeve rubs, or surface rub marks, which can be seen under a strong light. There is a very small 1.5 cm surface rub mark on the A-side. Overall, Good+ condition. The labels are in Very Good condition. There is a very small number "E1" written on the A-side label (see photo). This is in gold pen. Otherwise, mild spindle wear only. The plain paper inner sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. There is some light, mild or more moderate ringwear & creasing. There are no seam splits.

I have fully play tested this 12" Single. It plays Very Good+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places. There are no noticeable clicks or pops. Overall, a very decent audio copy.
