Description

ATTENTION EARLY ROCK AND ROLL COLLECTORS!!  UP FOR AUCTION IS A RARELY AVAILABLE, ORIGINAL, 1st PRESSING DEBUT ALBUM, FROM DION AND THE BELMONTS.  THIS 1959 RELEASE ON LAURIE RECORDS IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION, AND WOULD BE A FABULOUS ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION.  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL GOLD LABEL PRESSING, LLP 1002.

Record in in excellent condition.  This has been a minimally played and/or, very well taken care of record.  This album is play-graded, and is a solid VG++.  Very little background noise is evident, the vinyl has retained high gloss, and the labels are excellent.  A few paper scraps are visible, but they do not detract from the sound. 

 

Cover is in VG condition, at least.  Minor ringwear on front, and very minor on back.  6" seem split on top.  Bottom is intact, with a 3/4" area starting to degrade.  Spine is intact, and in very nice shape.  Very little yellowing on the back (white) cover.  Overall, a very presentable cover.
