Original 1987 release on Sire label # 1-25664 
Cover is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. Typical edge and ring wear, a small punch hole in the upper right corner and some staining along the bottom edge (see pics). Includes original inner sleeve.
Vinyl is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition, if not better. Nice original shine with a few surface scuffs (see pics).
