Vinyl Condition - Both Sides = Presumed MINT as the record is SEALED
Cover Condition - VG+      Cut out lower left corner, 3 inch split in shrink lower right edge, 3/4 inch split in shrink and crease at upper right corner (SEE PHOTOS  otherwise only minor shelf and edge wear
