Original Slash release. This is the less common version with the script matrix (cursive L in LA declares war) and flat uniform center labels.
Sleeve: EX (See pics)
Vinyl: VG+ (Light edge wave that does not interfere with play back. It is difficult to see or photograph but does cause my tonearm to move up and down a bit at the beginning of the record. The single plays loud & clear.)
