Our process is quick, easy and convenient. There's no need to visit us, get a quote, or buy shipping materials and postage. Just place your order and we take care of everything else.
This listing buys you professional cleaning of twenty single / 7" records.
How it works

  • Once we have received your order, we dispatch the materials you need to safely send your records to us with pre-paid postage attached. This initial package comes to you via a tracked service.
  • Place your records into the strong mailer we have provided and take them to any Royal Mail post office of your choice by the deadline shown on the shipping label (usually about 5 days from the date you receive your shipping materials).
  • Your records come to us via a tracked, insured*, and signed-for service.
  • Once we receive your records, we get right down to cleaning them using some of the best equipment in the business.
  • We send your records back to you via a tracked, insured*, and signed-for service.
Our cleaning process
  • We analyse contaminants present on records and create a bespoke extraction solution for best performance
  • Your records are gently dusted, then the solution is applied and immediately goes to work breaking down years of grease and grime.
  • Compliant brushes on our machine carefully agitate the surface of your records, lifting stubborn embedded dirt from deep within the grooves.
  • The uptake nozzle glides precisely across the surface of the records, never making direct contact as the vacuum pump powerfully removes the dirty solution.
  • We repeat the process as many times as necessary until the fluid runs clear.
Once we have cleaned your records, you will be able to experience improved fidelity, dynamics, soundstaging and a significantly quieter background to your music.
