- PLEASE NOTE - MOST RECORDS HAVE BEEN VISUALLY GRADED ONLY - Grading Notes ? Grading is a subjective process, but we do the best we can, and always strive to grade on the low side. Here are the standards that we strive to go by:
SS STILL SEALED The record has not been opened from the factory. It is presumed to be in mint condition.
NM NEAR MINT This is the best it can get for an opened record. No scratches, warps, or other forms of visible damage.
EX EXCELLENT Only very few minor superficial hairline scratches allowed. These should not affect play.
VG+ VERY GOOD + May have a few surface scratches. May make some noise, but to most listeners, it should not have negative effect on the listening experience.
VG VERY GOOD We do not use this classification, as we don't ship records in less than VG+ condition.
