Beautiful original copy from 1979 of the groundbreaking 3-12-inch 45's, on Virgin Records Ltd. Published by Warner Brothers & Virgin Records Ltd. by the group known as "Public Image Ltd." Lead by John Lydon on vocals (Formerly Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols), they formed in 1978 as a Post Punk/Avant Garde/Anti-Rock group. All music, words and sounds were written and improvised by the group. Cover: EX. The tin metal box has some patina, and there is one slight dent to the top rim that I tried to photograph (See Pic.). You can even faintly see where the official tape was once on the metal in about 3 places. (See Pics) Has the original insert listing the songs, the personnel, and the length of the songs. (See Pic). Has the original Round Inner Sleeves/protectors, no writing, no tape, no tears, no stains (See Pics). Records: NM/EX., one side of the 6 has a small area of surface marks, which cannot be felt, nor do they affect the sound quality in any way. No writing, no tape, no stains, no tears on the labels. (See Pics) One of the labels is bulging out slightly (Disc 1-5). (See Pic) I'll even throw in my original receipt from when I bought the box set back on Aug. 29,1980 brand new for $30.94, I think I played it once and shelved it.
