Available this time is a brand new copy of Intro - The Gift Recordings by Pulp on vinyl. This is a limited edition album created for RSD 2024. This collection, originally released in October 1993, just prior to the band’s Island debut, includes all the singles Pulp recorded for Gift Records, including both the A- and B-sides. From the opening track, Space, Pulp’s confidence and talent for creating terrific pop singles – is in evidence. Songs such as U., Razzamatazz and Babies showcase their signature sound – tight pop melodies and a theatrical approach that echoes the art rock of Roxy Music and David Bowie, but with their unique twist.The compilation includes the original single mix version of Babies, released in 1992, and slightly different from the 1994 version available on the album His ‘n’ Hers. Sheffield: Sex City, a three-part story, features a spoken vocal contribution from keyboardist Candida Doyle (one of the rare times her voice is audible on a Pulp song) reciting a selection from the book My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday. Released as an exclusive RSD blue vinyl limited edition, remastered at Abbey Road and long out of print. An excellent addition to any Pulp collection.
Grading is by visual inspection only. I never rate anything as mint, that is just the way I look at things as there might be a slight imperfection I cannot see. Near mint is the highest I grade. I do my best to package everything as best I can. Unfortunately small things may happen in shipping like minor bumps to the sleeve or seam splits. Inner sleeve seam splits are not considered defective unfortunately. That is not covered by any insurance through the shipping company. If you would like the record taken out of the sleeve, please let me know and I will ship it that way for you. If on the rare time the item arrives broken, that is covered. Please send pictures if that has happened.Item is located in Canada.

The shipping company I use to ship is a bit of a drive and are closed on weekends. That means I will be shipping usually twice a week. Most weeks it will be on Tuesday and Friday.
All shipping prices include packaging, tracking and insurance.
