Description
Rare private release 45 rpm single: BURLESQUE – 1980 LADY b/w FAST BUCK ELITE – on Stripper Records 0001, stereo, no release date; in the original picture sleeve, which is AUTOGRAPHED by four band members. I can’t find anything out about this band or the label, but circa 1980. Most likely from the Pacific Northwest; I found it here in Portland, Oregon. "1980 Lady" is all about women's rights and equality; both songs use synthesizer along with traditional rock instruments. Condition VG+/VG (record has just minimal scuffing and one soft light scratch to the B-side that only causes some minimal background noise; labels are clean; sleeve has some minor edge and corner wrinkling and rubbing).
