Generic RTI test pressing label on side one has date of production (Sept. 27 1993), catalog number (MFSL 1-256) and side delineations printed. Plain white label on side two. Includes generic white die-cut cover with information stamped at top right corner on front. The matrix etchings of this 1993 cut differ from the 1996 released version, as this ends in "A-2" / "B-4" and the released version ends in "A-3" / "B-2". How this earlier cut differs from the released version -- and why it was re-cut before its eventual release -- is unknown.
