Description
QUEEN - " A NIGHT AT THE OPERA ", Elektra/Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL 1-067) 1975.
Extremely rare, MFSL "Original Master Recording" audiophile re-issue of the classic Queen LP.
Featuring "Half-Speed Production and Mastering" and "Specially Plated and Pressed on High Definition Super Vinyl".
Vinyl pressed in Japan.
Professionally cleaned on my Moth record cleaning machine.
CONDITION:
VINYL = NEAR MINT (No scratches, no groove damage, no distortion, no surface noise, clean labels, etc. Even under strong direct light this record is free from scratches and other damage/defects. Previously owned by an audiophile collector who rarely played a lot of his collection and on the few occasions he did, they were all handled with the utmost care and played on the very best turntable and hifi equipment.
On playback, it plays as well as you would expect - strong, clean and without interuptions from clicks, crackles, surface noise, etc. This record has clearly had very few plays in it's lifetime amd short of finding a sealed/unplayed copy, this is about as good as a used secondhand example as you are likely to find.
Note: for the purposes of this listing I have tested this LP on my Linn LP12 Sondek turntable - generally this is quite a critical test, but I must point out that I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable - common sense for most... but then this is ebay!!!)
SLEEVE = EX- (No rips, tears, heavy creases, defacing, splitting, etc. Generally goos, only marked down a bit for very light normal wear to the edges and corners, an inch long seam split along the bottom edge and some glue residue inside the gatefold - see photos for further clarification)
NOTE: I must point out that we are actually a long standing physical record shop, with many decades worth of selling, trading and grading records under our collective belts. Unlike so many of the jokers now selling records on ebay, we know how to grade records. Before bidding, please read my description carefully, decide how much this record is worth to you and place you max bid accordingly.
