1st USA press issued in an embossed gatefold sleeve without a bar-code on rear and on 'butterfly' design Elektra labels.
This edition was pressed at the Columbia, Santa Maria plant, denoted by CSM on label and matrix IDs.
VINYL: EX- plays a quite clean sounding EX but for a verry tiny piece of grit in a groove on side 2 track 2 which causes 6 pops
SLEEVE: VG+ a rather strong/clean VG+ will come in in an audiophile MFSL inner sleeve

VG- A very worn record that plays through without repeating or has a skip that loses more than a couple of notes/words.
It will have defects that will be noted.
