This is the complete UK 1st Press of 'A Night At The Opera' by Queen. The record is complete with the very earliest 2/2 matrix, and the 'Blairs' text engraved in the runnout on both sides, exclusive only to the 1st press (later presses have 'Mr Blairs Cut' on Side 1 and obvious later matrix numbers) The record is in the original die-cut three corner cardboard inner sleeve and the embossed Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve.

The record is in Very Good++ condition. The vinyl has a superb high gloss with just one light marks oneach side, otherwise it is in sensational condition. The label is flawless, completely clean and unworn with no spindle wear, just a couple of very faint spider marks. The colours are vivid, the white is crisp and bright and the text is exceptionally sharp. On playing the sound is extremely clear, rich and vibrant. 

The original die-cut printed card inner sleeve is in Excellent condition. Very solid with absolutely none of the typical scuffs or marks. The edges are firm and the image is superb.

The original embossed sleeve is in Excellent condition. The embossed image and text look superb. The edges are very firm with just slight corner and ring wear and light discolouration. It is still exceptionally solid and very bright.
