Description

This rare first press of Greatest Hits II is in wonderful condition and is without doubt the best I have sold. I have play tested both vinyls and the sound quality is stunning, there is barely any crackle at all. Even the quieter section of 'Innuendo' sounds almost perfect and again 'Who Wants To Live Forever' has amazing clarity. There is some spindle wear so the vinyls have been played but I would say not much at all. Under a bright light I cannot detect any hairlines. I must stress just how good the sound here is and there is not even any 'static' sound on the lead in to each side, rare in itself. There is a very small amount of crackle here and there but absolutely minimal and it does not detract from the superb audio quality at all. As per the Greatest Hits III I am also selling if anyone is after a nearly Mint Greatest Hits II then this is the one to own!

The gatefold cover is also in fantastic condition. Being the first press of this LP it has the embossed crest and has no wear to the edges, corners or the spine. There is just a little 'mottling' on the reverse but can only be seen under a certain light. This cover is notoriously in poor condition but not this one, it has been
extremely well looked after and would grace any collection.

Play tested on my Technics SL-J110R turntable system
