This is part of a collection I obtained from a collector who played the LPs only once so as to commit to tape and kept them in pristine condition.

As per the other LPs from this collection I am selling this is Queen II sounding as clear and fresh as the day it was released.  The audio quality is first class and for an early press I have not heard better.  With a minimum of crackle I am amazed at the sheer quality of this vinyl, just a couple of pops on Loser In The End.  The intros to Father To Son and Ogre Battle are free of any background noise and sound amazing as do all of the quieter sections.  Under a bright light I cannot detect any hairlines at all and it retains a fantastic glossy sheen as per the day it was bought.  A very much under-rated LP in my opinion this is Queen at their most 'prog' and is the best Queen II I have seen and heard.  This would be a fantastic addition for a serious collector.

The laminated Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold is also probably the best I have seen.  There is barely any wear at all, just one corner with very slight rubbing.  Everything about it is night on perfect, most definitely the best I have seen.  The edges and the opening edge are in great shape.  The inside of the gatefold does have faint discolouration but so often the laminate has pulled away or is ripped but not with this one.  Quite simple in stunning condition for 40 years old.  

The lyric sleeve is another stand out and again the best I have seen.  No rips, tears or creases it is in 'as new' condition.   

The vinyl I would grade as Mint- (I have not heard one better!)
