Description
I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges. However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale. No shipping to Russia currently.

This first pressing plays to the highest standard possible with no interference of any kind. It honestly plays like it has never been played before with a clarity, depth and power that is second to none. A FINAL UPGRADE pressing in every way. All I noticed was just one very quiet tick on S2, not sure why I am mentioning it really! Like I say the clarity of sound is out of this world and it is clear this vinyl has only been very lightly played. In fact there is still a little vinyl 'flecking' around the S1 spindle hole and both labels have only minimal spindle wear. Two faint traces on S1 and a couple more on S2 which are a little more obvious.
The cover is also in fantastic condition and has retained its original shape and structure perfectly. It is so clean and has been so well preserved over the last 33 years. The lyric inner is 100% as new also. This is a stunning album!

Visual description
The vinyl is in lovely condition and still has a superb glossy sheen with no marks or scratches. Under a bright light I can only see some very faint hairlines which of course have no affect on the audio. Under 'normal' lighting the vinyl is pristine. The run out grooves are super clean and the labels are near perfect with only minimal spindle wear.
Play grading
The run in on S1 is so quiet and then the intro on the classic 'Innuendo' plays with perfect clarity and definition. The opening vocal is of the same standard and it continues to play with outstanding sonic quality. The quieter acoustic section so often plays with a fair amount of static but the playback here is crystal clear with no intrusion of any kind, I cannot emphasise enough how well it plays! The 'Spanish' piece is equal to that and the following multi-layered vocal passage / solo work from Brian is just stunning. Incredible power and depth and no distortion. The final vocal section is flawless and the long fade out just has a couple of minor statics at the end. In all honesty this could not play any better and Mint is 100% deserved in my opinion. A stunning version.As this is such a clean vinyl 'I'm Going Slightly Mad' plays with such deep rich audio and again there is no interference. Some might say over-produced but I say superb sound quality! Another Mint track.
'Headlong' plays with exceptional power and resonance with not one dust tick let alone anything more. In essence it plays 'as new' and again there is no distortion on the top end. Mint
'I Can't Live With You' provides further evidence of a vinyl that has only been lightly played and so well preserved over the last 33 years. From start to finish the audio is perfect, each note so clean and precise and even the fade out has no background. Mint all the way.
The intro on 'Reap The Wild Wind' is 'as new' and that applies to the opening vocal. As Roger's driving percussion comes in there is no let up in quality and thereafter it plays with a clarity and power that is second to none. This is another Mint track - it's rare to find S1 playing with such distinction on a genuine first press but there are no negatives here. What a side of music!

The S2 run in is just as clean as the first and the opening powerful vocal on 'All God's People' is faultless. The first quieter section is just as impressive - the entire track plays with such accuracy and put simply there is no zero intrusion on the audio. A Mint start to the side.
'These Are The Days Of Our Lives' plays with a clarity that could not be improved in any way. This is one track you want to play well and you can't help but picture the video as you listen to this stunning version. Every vocal and instrumental section plays with sublime quality and I have no hesitation in grading this emotive classic as Mint also.
'Delilah' is so close to Mint with just one light tick after the you're the apple of my eye line so I will grade as Mint- accordingly. It is a very quiet tick, blink and you miss it!
'Don't Try So Hard' is another track that is often affected by static etc but not here! The quiet opening section plays beautifully with not even a dust tick and the first chorus is perfect. The clarity here is on another level and from start to finish it just could not play any better, Mint is an easy grade to give.
As you would expect 'The Hitman' plays loud and true with no interference or distortion. I always think the drums should be higher in the mix here but it nonetheless plays with sensational power and definition throughout. Mint
'Bijou' plays with immaculate audio from the first note to the last with no background. No hiding place here being such a quiet track and Mint is again deserved. As good as new.
The familiar intro on the classic 'The Show Must Go On' is faultless and Freddie's opening vocal is just as strong. Strong is the right word here for his vocals - incredible how his voice was so impressive even near the end. I often find it plays with some distortion as you get into the final half but the clarity here is just STUNNING. This is the definitive version as it plays with incredible sonic quality throughout. I played it twice and on the second listen it was just as good! Even the repeated Go on vocal plays with sublime clarity, just a couple of mega quiet dust ticks. A Mint version to end this stunning album.
In summary this genuine first pressing plays with remarkable quality on both sides with no interference. Ok there is one very light tick on S2 but that hardly qualifies as interference! The clarity, depth, power and warmth of the audio is exceptional and in all my years of selling on eBay I have never found one better than this, it is a FINAL UPGRADE pressing for sure. In conjunction with a pristine cover and inner the winning bidder will not be disappointed.
The Cover & Lyric Inner
The glossy cover is in beautiful condition with no obvious wear, it's rare to find one as stunning as this. The edges and spine are in perfect shape and the corners are extremely clean also. The opening edge looks untouched and the front cover has only the faintest of blue print marking mainly along the bottom edge. This is of no concern and I suspect it was caused in the 'factory'. As can be seen it still has the original Hit Singles... sticker and there is also an £8.99 price sticker on both the front and the back. The right hand corners have only a tiny corner crease but so minor and hardly deserves a mention. The back cover is immaculate and overall Near Mint is a fair representation of just how impressive this cover is.
The lyric inner is in perfect condition with no side splits, marking, bending or creasing. It is as good as new.
Play tested on my Rega P2 with AT VM95EN Cart / Denon PMA-520AE Amp / B&W 684 Speakers

Postage & Packaging
I will only send items items worldwide via tracked shipping. This provides 'peace of mind' in case of loss or damage. The shipping costs are shown below and combined shipping is always offered. Any over-payment will always be refunded.
The Royal Mail only insure up to a value of £250 so if an item sells for more it may be wise to use a courier service (e.g. Parcelforce or DPD). An extra insurance premium will be required but I will not know the exact amount until the final sale price is known. Because of this I will sometimes have to estimate the cost and this will be shown in the listing. All vinyls are packaged in strong over-sized custom made mailers with plenty of extra cardboard protection. They are placed inside separate poly-lined inners outside the cover so as to avoid seam splits in transit and then placed inside a PVC sleeve to provide even more protection. I pride myself on my high quality packaging as my feed confirms and if any customer has any specific requirements I am more than happy to help.
The mailers I use cost £1.00 each and I will use anything between 3-5 cardboard stiffeners which cost approx £0.18 each. There is also the cost of the poly-lined inner and PVC sleeve to consider, it all adds up! Not forgetting that eBay take 10% of the shipping fee also!!
