LIVE AT WEMBLEY '86 2 x VINYL LP (Original UK release)
This rare and highly collectible original release of 'Live at Wembley' is in excellent condition and has been barely played such is the quality of the vinyls.
Visual grading
I have looked under various lights and both vinyls are in near pristine condition. I can only see a handful of extremely faint hairlines but they are very hard to detect! I would assume they were caused by sleeve removal only. With very little spindle wear I would say these quality vinyls have been hardly played.
Play grading
On Side One 'One Vision' has three clicks at the start and there is some more obvious crackle during 'Lap of the Gods' but apart from that the audio is very strong and plays with exceptional clarity and very little interference. Light static here and there but nothing obtrusive.
Side Two plays with light crackle until about half way through. This LP is nearing 25 years old so you expect some interference but it really doesn't detract from the quality of the sound here and the 'Brighton Rock Solo' plays superbly well with excellent depth as does 'Now I'm Here'.
'Love Of My life' on Side Three plays extremely well with only light intermittent static, an excellent version. 'Is This The World We Created..?' has near perfect audio and was a treat to listen to! The remainder of the side has stunning sound with a fantastic rendition of 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.
Side Four has stunning audio with only a hint of static. It plays with great depth and resonance and was a superb listen. There is just a little distortion during 'We Are The Champions'.
Gatefold cover
The gatefold cover is in excellent condition with only slight shelf wear and is definitely one of the best I have seen in a long time. This cover is often seen in poor condition but this one has been extremely well looked after. There is slight rubbing to the corners and very minor creasing. The wide spine remains in superb order and there are no marks or writing anywhere.
Picture sleeves
Produced on glossy card they are both in superb condition. There is just very minor wear at the bottom of one of the sleeves.
