Live Killers (Japan double coloured vinyl LP)

On offer here is the rare Japanese release of 'Live Killers' pressed on stunning red and green vinyl.  It includes a fold out lyric sheet in Japanese and English.

The vinyls are Near Mint

Visual grading

They are both visually stunning and I cannot detect any hairlines or scratches.  There is minimal spindle wear also.  Pressed on the now highly collectible fluorescent vinyl they have been rarely played and the audio pays testament to that.

Play grading

I have played both LPs and the audio plays to a very high standard.  There are no pops or clicks and only the absolute minimum of static.  Any true test of a vinyl is how well the quiet tracks and here 'Love of My Life' for example plays superbly well with no interference.  The green vinyl plays extremely well with no discernible interference at all, it is a quality listen.

  Sides Three and Four, the red vinyl, play with the same quality although I did hear one faint pop at the beginning of 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.  Other than that there was no interference to be heard.  These vinyls have obviously been hardly played such is the quality.

Gatefold cover

The cover is in excellent condition with a little shelf wear.  The most obvious is to be seen along the two top edges as at some point they became separated from each other over a 12cm area.  I have rectified this by using some glue and it has worked well.  The remaining edges and wide spine are in great shape with no rubbing.  The corners just have a little rubbing which is to be expected.  The inside of the gatefold and the back cover are both in superb condition.  As can be seen the Obi (Y3,8000) wraps around the cover and is in excellent condition and is unmarked.

Lyric inner

This fold out lyric sleeve has words in both English and Japanese and is in excellent condition.  There is just one small blue ink mark on the front.  Other than that it is in perfect shape and even has Freddie's comments between songs printed!

Green/Red inners

The inners are both polylined.  They both have some light creasing and the red one also has a small split at the bottom.

Labels

  The labels are in perfect condition.
