DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb..barely a sign of use...laminate tight..edges and corners sharp...Spine and Edge lettering lovely and clear: EX+
INNER: Superb..no marks, creases or Seam splits: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a couple few of those ultrafine 'paper contact'...looks unplayed and plays SUPERBLY!...barely any surface noise anywhere: VISUAL EX+ / AUDIO EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: As side one..just a couple of those ultrafine 'paper contact'...looks unplayed and plays SUPERBLY!...barely any surface noise anywhere: VISUAL EX+/ AUDIO EX+
LABELS: Superb..still has little flakes of material from the pressing inside the centre hole which usually get worn away after a few plays: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
