Description
This first press of The Game is in Near Mint condition. It is very rare to find an A3/B2 matrix in such great condition if I'm honest. This is another LP from the collection I am selling whereby the previous owner played his records only once so as to record onto tape. Under a bright light you can see the quality of this LP as I can't see a single hairline. It has been extremely well looked after.
It is so rare to find a Mint cover of this first press. The "silver foil" (denoting a first/early press) never kept well and is very prone to foxing and ring marks. This particular one has none of that and only has some light creasing and very slight wear running down the opening edge. It certainly has to be one of the best I have seen and would be a worthy addition to any collection.
Again it's very rare to find the lyric/picture inner in Mint condition. Well this one is! Made of the thick card (again denoting a first/early press) it has no splits, tears or creases and is in wonderful condition - has the wow factor!
Made in the UK / Catalogue number EMA 795 / Matrix nos A3/B2 / Stampers 1 - 59 & C - 18
Also stamped on the dead wax - Mastered At Allen Zentz L.A., Calif
The vinyl is Mint-

Any questions please feel free to ask.
Please pay within 4 days of auction end.
I ONLY SEND ITEMS TO ITALY, RUSSIA AND SOUTH AMERICA "SIGNED FOR" AS TOO MANY ITEMS GO MISSING. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU AGREE WITH THIS.
I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE COSTS IF MORE THAN ONE ITEM IS WON / DOUBLE LPs COUNT AS TWO RECORDS.
ALL RECORDS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS. THE RECORDS ARE ALSO REMOVED FROM THEIR SLEEVES TO AVOID CUTTING THROUGH THE COVER AND THEN PUT INTO A SEPARATE SLEEVE AND THEN PLACED INSIDE A PVC SLEEVE.
I WILL LEAVE FEEDBACK AS SOON AS I RECEIVE FEEDBACK - SO I KNOW THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED SAFELY AND THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH IT :-)
In the coming weeks and months I will be putting plenty of Queen, Pink Floyd, Genesis and Marillion items on the site so please keep a look out! Many thanks. Please look at my other items on now!
