This is really exceptional rare original US pressing of the album by Queen, A Night At The Opera , issued in 1975 on the Butterfly Label by  Elektra Records This is the original pressing which had the image on the front cover embossed.

As to grading, I grade very conservatively. For records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some.

The LP visually is in near mint condition with no marks visible and plays very quietly as tested using headphones. Please note that LP was cleaned before testing which was done few weeks before listing and done by hand and not machine. It should be cleaned again before listening. The gatefold cover is in excellent condition and very difficult to find clean due to the mostly white cover, and would have been graded higher but for writing on back cover and some very small dirty spots . The seams and spine are strong with no real wear evident, with no splits and the product information clearly readable on the spine. The front and back of cover are exceptionally clean.

The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold and shipped is returned.
