Description

Here we have a superb condition copy of the first Quicksilver Messenger Service album on the Capitol label. It's an American pressing with the rainbow rim to the black label. The cover has very little evidence of ring wear which this cover was always prone to, it's clean an relatively unblemished, looking almost new. There is a red and gold sticker on the front stating "Specially Imported By E.M.I. RECORDS (The Gramophone Company Ltd.) Under licence from and on payment of royalty to the British copyright owners concerned". This album is now 43 years old and sounds as clear as day. The spine is clearly legible with no nasty rubbing. I would challenge anyone to find a better copy of this original pressing. If you have any questions please fire away, I'll be happy to answer.
