Description

Be prepared to put every other rock album in your collection in second place behind this masterpiece. Quicksilver messenger service, Happy Trails first came out in 1969. Taken from two live recordings, Fillmore East, and West Calvary. Considered one of, if not the greatest live rock album of all times. The record was never destined to be mainstream, firstly because it's live, and also it never got much radio play because the whole album is gelled into a single predominantly musical piece. Side one is taken up by a version of  Bo Diddley's  " Who do you love ", that last a total of 17 minutes. This is not a first edition, but is a very early pre barcode copy, on the original Capitol label. And has been priced at the lowest buy now price on this site at the time of listing.
