This is one of those releases where you buy two copies - one for yourself to listen to and one to keep as an investment. This album fetched £79 on eBay last May (2014) and it's not hard to see why.
First, it's the official 30th year edition of the band's most popular non-compilation album.
Second, it's a brilliant album.
Third, it's half-speed mastered. That means it's amazing quality. When a record is pressed, the process is often done using something called a cutting lathe. With this method, the producers get the original master tapes, run it at half speed and run the cutting lathe at half speed too. This means the transfer process can translate complex and demanding sounds with much more accuracy.
The album you're bidding on is brand new. It's still in its original wrap. Good luck bidding!
