This is a stunning mint / unplayed / perfect / new copy of the rare and out of print U.K. limited edition vinyl LP box set 'The Complete Works', released in 1985.

Released as a deluxe limited edition set of 14 high quality pressing LPs by EMI. Some Queen discographies will claim that this set was 'numbered'. It wasn't! - There were 600 numbered copies produced and these were all autographed by the band. This (sadly) is not one of those copies but one of the larger (but still limited) batch of box sets. These sets were not individually numbered and I think the confusion over this comes from the fact that eack of the 14 individual LP sleeves are numbered 1 to 14 (in Roman numerals) in the top right hand corner.

This is the first (and only) UK pressing of this rare box set. It contains 14 individual LPs (details below), each housed in embossed sleeves with poly-lined paper inner sleeves. The set also includes two booklets and a fold-out poster. The 14 LPs and the books and poster are all contained within a lovely gold embossed outer box.

This box set was bought new by me back in 1985. It remains in totally mint condition and none of the LPs have ever been played! The outer box is mint except perhaps for the tiniest amount of storage wear from sitting on a shelf (untouched) for nearly 25 years. Each of the LPs are new / mint / unplayed. Each of the record labels are new / unmarked. each of the 14 individual white embossed sleeves are new / mint / unmarked / undamaged (there are absolutely NO splits, creases. No ringwear. Perfect!) The books and poster are all very, very near mint. The main book has the slightest of creases to its front cover and was like this from new.

This set is as perfect as you could ever hope to find! Better copies simply don't exist!

Important Note for UK bidders: - This set is extremely heavy (nearly 6 kilos). There is simply no way I can ship this for £2.00! Therefore please note that I will be charging the insured 'Special Delivery' rate of £21.65 for this item. The chances are anyway that this will sell for more than £30 and my policy on all sales is that anything which sells for more than £30 MUST be shipped fully insured (it protects you and it protects me from fraudulant Paypal claims for 'non-delivery'). Many thanks for your understanding. It used to be so much simpler in the 'good old days' but recent eBay policy makes this necessary...

These records, CDs and other music-related items are from my own collection and I only have one copy of each title so when they're gone, they're gone!

Everything is in stunning condition and has been cared for personally by me. You will find NO CDRs here; NO counterfeits; NO 'fakes'. There may be the occasional 'promo' item or odd 'import' live CD (you know what these are!) but these will be original, factory pressed silver CDs from my own collection dating back from the birth of CDs in the early 1980's. Vinyl records have been collected and lovingly cared for by me for the last 30 years.

Some run-of-the-mill stuff and some rare items - all with low starting bids.

My feedback rating is 100% positive and I intend to keep it that way. Although I have (of late) been selling (and buying) various household items (stuff my children no longer need / desperately want mainly!), the overwhelming majority of this positive feedback is through the sale of records and CDs. I have been an avid 'record collector' for 30 years so if you have any questions, please ask. I aim to offer a friendly service and a pleasant eBay experience for all.

Postage will be worked out on an at-cost basis (as far as is possible). I do not look to make a profit from unfair postage charges and I will combine postage costs on multiple items wherever possible. For this reason, please wait for my invoice before paying! All orders which total £30 or more MUST be sent insured. This will incur an additional charge (£5.70 for overseas shipping at time of listing) but will be strictly at-cost. My packaging is to a very high standard and I use specialist mailers where necessary or appropriate.
