Description

This is for a very rare promo box set that was released in 1977 for the Queen record News Of The World. It's form Elektra records and is a USA only release. The box comes with a sealed LP with promo hole. It also comes with 5 separate bio's, A News Of The World foldout, a 1977 fanclub biography, a set of two stickers with the LP artwork and seven B&W promo 8 x10 pictures of the band. The shadows you see on the pictures are from reflection. Its tough to take them without getting some sort of glare. The box is in EX condition and one of the best ones I've come acroos. Usually the outer box is pretty beat up because it's only made of a thin cardboard. This one is very nice and will be tough to find one better. The back actually flips up to open the box. There is one small bend near the flap which is common because it bends there when you flip the back open. Overall I would grade the boxset EX. I saw one of these sell on Ebay a couple months ago for over $650.00 in much rougher condition. I do have a reasonable reserve on it. Very hard to find and a greeat piece to add to your Queen collection.
