'A NIGHT AT THE OPERA'
*NEAR MINT* 1975 UK 1st PRESSING LP
On a custom EMI label: EMTC 103
Housed in an unlaminated, embossed 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed gatefold cover
Together with its original printed colour card inner-sleeve.
Matrix nos: YAX 5063-3 & YAX 5064-3
'BLAIR'S' is also hand-etched into the side 2 run-out.

Just a single light spindle mark to the side 1 label but none to label 2.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both sides are perfectly clean and retain their 'as new' deep gloss shines. Apart from a single faint stylus hairline on side 2, but surfaces are in pristine & 'as new' condition and bear just a few wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines directly under halogen, but no further marks or wear whatsoever.
Play: NEAR MINT
This copy has been played just once by its original owner and my careful playcheck confirms that every track sounds 'as new' with no trace of any background noise, groovewear, clicks or indeed any audible wear.
Cover
NEAR MINT
A wonderful examaple of this easily damaged cover which has been carefully and correctly stored in a non-smoking atmosphere and is still pristine white and unmarked. Apart from a light bend to the rear lower left corner there is nothing to fault here, inside or out. All corners are clean & unbumped and both opening edges appear untouched.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT
Clean & flat and would be perfect apart from a 7cm split to one edge and a 1cm stress to the other but no other faults or wear.
