Record collectors, we are aware you are sometimes very ...well, fussy - concerning the corners of your record jackets. If you are seeking a PERFECT CORNERS email first, we have a system to make this all work better and to assure you get EXACTLY what you want! But only if you contact us before you bid!
Double boxing is available at a reasonable extra charge in the US, please let us know if you want this extra security, before you pay! In the US this will run 1.50 extra per package, plus extra shipping charges.
PREVIOUSLY PLAYED RECORDS:
We will tell you if they have been visually graded or actually played, we try to play all of them on both sides to give a fair grading. If you disagree with us you can return the record within 7 days at your own expense, we'll refund for the record only, no postage. Also, please note all our opened packages are marked and we do know our records when they are returned to us.
SEALED records, do on occassion have manufactoring defects! Please understand we don't know this until you report it (we're working on x-ray vision but it may be a genetic thing and limited to superheros!) We will replace these records if you return them to us, but if we find the 'defect' was caused by neglectful handling we wilL NOT replace or refund or give credit!
What if you purchased the wrong record or already have it? If you return it to us in good order we will issue a merchandise credit for the cost of the record, but you will be responsible for shipping.
