Description

An original 1st press of ATTACK on the UK EMI label. Matrix 3U/3U - one of the very earliest cuts that was released to the public. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original G&L fully laminated cover. Worth insisting on one from the 1st issue period as they were printed on decent card stock with quality lamination. Also included is the original G&L inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of very insignificant marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are beautifully quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. A really top level player across the board. A very clean player throughout. Even into those quieter sectors - just a lovely quiet background. Intro to 'Misfire' - impressively quiet. You will get to witness Queen at the height of their powers - unhindered by any distracting background. All I could make out was a couple of crackles in a couple of spots per side. Truly a collectors copy if ever the were one. Highly recommended!
Cover (Ex-) In lovely clean condition and showing no signs of light fade. Lovely deep blacks with just a minor creases top left and bottom right. Nice and flat - a very impressive looking cover. Hardly any edge wear at all. The openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Corners are still pointy. Very impressive throughout. Lovely rigidity maintained. You'd struggle to go better.
Inner (Ex) Super difficult to find in excellent order. No ageing! A couple of extremely slight blemishes. A bit if wear on one side edge - just starting to wear through.
