Payments must be received within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days without payment we WILL file a Non-Paying Bidder form. We will only accept refunds if the item was not as "described" in the listing. We will not be responsible for information that we are not aware of at the time of listing. Any refund or return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery to the end buyer. The item must be returned to us at the buyers expense. If an item is damaged during shipping, please keep all of the packing materials. We will file a claim with UPS and they will need to come and inspect the item at the location it was delivered to.
