TITLE/ARTIST: Hello and please continue to check out all current and future listings as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale - records from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" and all in great condition! Here is another of those early, rare and highly collectible LP`s by '60's artist who sounded so much like Elvis Presley - Ral Donner. Many people, including myself, thought perhaps it was actually Elvis singing under an "alias" name, but it wasn't. It is yet another album in outstanding, near mint condition - especially the vinyl, but and jacket isn't bad either (so please read on). This album - his very 1st - and only - for the Gone Label is entitled "Takin' Care Of Business" from 1961. The LP has 14 great songs including his two biggest hits, "Girl Of My Best Friend", "I Didn't Figure On Him" and "You Don't Know What You've Got" plus 11 other great songs - all in MONO and all in outstanding shape (see the pictures above for all of the song titles). LABEL INFO: This original, Gone Label (LP 5012) is close to about perfect with no serious issues at all - just some spindle lines around the center circle. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also super shiny, clean, and nice with absolutely nothing in need of a mention. In my opinion, the vinyl looks almost as nice as the day it was 1st purchased - almost!! JACKET INFO: Finally, this jacket is also in very good condition with very little to mention as flaws - perhaps just the super small scuff marks in the four corner areas - but that's about all. In my opinion, this whole package would make a real nice addition to anyone's vintage "oldies" collection!! INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this LP is in nice shape, so please have at it and continue to check this site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, over time I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, sizes, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. The charges for overseas are listed in the shipping category below--$23.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that.
