This is THE ORIGINAL 1978 SIRE RECORDS U.S. FIRST PRESS LP titled 'Road To Ruin' containing twelve tracks from legendary proto-punkers The Ramones, including their signature tune 'I Wanna Be Sedated'. It is Sire Records U.S. catalog number SRK 6063, Sterling mastering, no UPC bar code. Record comes packaged inside the cover in a plain white paper inner sleeve
