Description
RAMONES - Ramones 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition - box set
Sire / Rhino / Warner Music (2016)
INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED COPY #06813 / 19,760
I am thinning out some of the duplicates from my record collection...this is a brand new, limited edition import copy of the Ramones 40th Anniversary box set.
INCLUDES:
- Essential album w/ new Mono mix, remastered at famed Abbey Road Studio on limited edition vinyl
- Three (3) CDs that include the 40th Anniversary Mono Mix, the remastered stereo mix, a disc of out-takes, demos and alternate versions (including the original uncensored "Nazi baby" version of "Today Your Love, Tomorrow The World"), plus a disc of two vintage live punk sets from 1976!
- In addition to the music, the box set also features extensive production notes about the recording of the original album by Craig Leon, an essay looking back on the band's early days by rock journalist Mitchell Cohen, along with additional pictures taken by Roberta Bayley, whose iconic photo of the band graces the album's cover.
