Description
New York City classic from 1978. Old eBay prices: $40 + $32 + $30. Hard to find US promo with DJ etching in the run-out groove. There is PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR SALE printed on both label sides. That means you can listen to the same song on both sides in MONO and STEREO versions (despite fact that picture sleeve lists two songs). This promo pressing is MUCH HARDER TO FIND than the regular one. The ‘Don’t Come Close’ single was released on Sire records (catalogue number SRE 1025). Produced by Tommy Erdelyi aka Tommy Ramone and Ed Stasium. The great-looking back of the cover shows the first four RAMONES longplayers. There is a very small black dot on top of the front sleeve (see scan) otherwise the condition is:

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders which exceed a value of €15 or £12 or $16 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of €2,50 or £2.50 or $3.00.
