Description

This rare album has been in storage for 40+ years without being played during that time.  Visually, the 10-track vinyl is clean, glossy, and free of any scratches or marks.  Audibly, it plays clean with almost no surface noise which is rare for vinyl of this vintage.  The album cover has slight wear on the corners and on the edges of the paper front.  The 22 page 5 1/2" x 6 1/2" liner notes booklet is in Mint condition with sharp corners and no markings of any kind.  It contains complete personnel and recording information, identification of soloists on each track, four pictures (Sun Ra, Julian Priester, Richard Evans & Wilburn Green, John Gilmore), composer credits, and lots of writings by Sun Ra commenting on each track and his general philosophy of life and music.  A fun and interesting read if you want to attempt to understand Sun Ra's music.  This item is from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.  If you need to know track titles or complete personnel, send an e-mail request.
