Description
This is Round 2 of listings from a major 45 private record collection that have been in storage since the 1950's (over 50 years!). Last week I listed only Elvis Presley 45's which consisted of numerous factory sealed records. This time, they are all factory sealed with the plastic baggy style except for one which is shrink-wrapped. This original 1950's factory shrink-wrapped Gold Standard Series Elvis 45 record is EPA-5120 with 4 songs: I Want You- I Need You- I Love You, Don't Be Cruel, Hound Dog and My Baby Left Me. The cover lists the title as The Real Elvis.This is your chance to own an original Elvis record in mint condition, untouched by human hands. The cardboard cover is in NM/M condition as the plastic has done its job over the years. There are no splits on the plastic cover nor the cover itself. Due to the shrink-wrap, there is some bowing or wavyness to the cover which could probably be cured with some weight pressure but I will leave leave that to the new owner. There is some tape residue marking on the plastic only on the front middle right and back middle left which can probably be gently cleaned to remove. The plastic is not stuck to the cover as taking a photo thru wavy plastic sometimes distorts the image. Check out the photos to get a better idea of condition and description.
