Description
Here is pair of vintage Lp albums from my collection offered up for sale: First a SUPER RARE 1964 album "The Beatles & Frank Ifield" in well cared for condition, This RARE 1964 1st USA MONO pressing was released with oval labels on Vee Jay records VJLP-1085. This is an authentic original Vee Jay pressing with the title print seen on the spine! The album was the result of lawsuits against Vee Jay records by Capitol records forcing Vee Jay to combine the two artists into this unique collection of tunes! I believe the two artist are a great combination for these particular songs! Contains the Beatles songs "Please Please Me", "From me to you", "Ask me why", and "Thank you girl". Frank Ifield has a smooth vocal, includes hit songs "I remember you", Hank Williams "Lovesick Blues", "The wayward wind", "Unchained melody", and many more!, a GREAT listen!
The heavy vinyl grades VG+ clean and glossy, some small faint marks that don't effect play, looks minimally played! PLAY TESTED, plays GREAT from start to finish with very good sound quality! Nice quiet playback! The labels are very clean! has original Vee Jay inner sleeve!
The cover rates easy VG/VG+, is clean, bright deep colors with gloss, minimal ring wear, no splits, some light handling wear, signature at top of rear cover, no cut outs, nice looking cover! (see photos)
