RARE 1992 RAINBO RECORDS LABEL TEST PRESSING
NIRVANA: "RETURN OF THE RAT" / POISON IDEA: "UP FRONT"
ORIGINAL 45-RPM 7-INCH TEST PRESS ~ TIM/KERR RECORDS ~ MADE IN USA 1992 (RAINBO LABEL)
This auction also includes
a 45rpm test pressing of
"Potential Suicide" by Napalm Beach / "Astro Cloud" by M-99
These singles are part of "Eight Songs For Greg Sage And The Wipers" (T/K 917010 TRIB 2). Thor Lindsay, owner of Tim/Kerr Records, stated that 10 or 20 sets of test pressings were made, though apparently the Nirvana/Poison Idea disc turns up on its own once in a blue moon.
Lacquers were cut by John Golden (JG) at K Disc and pressed at Rainbo.
