LOT of TWO different TEST PRESSING's of  D.C. BAND - MR. OFFICER 12" .

THE FIRST TEST PRESS HAS A DIFFERENT B SIDE FROM THE ACTUAL RELEASE ! a side appears to be what was released and the matrix numbers match what is listed on disc ogs . the B side matrix does not have the RE , and is one track . A DIFFERENT extended version from what was released and clocks in at almost 7 minutes long and has a great guitar part added toward the end ( they should have kept it this way , so good ) .  the second test press is ONE-SIDED , the corrected B Side , and the matrix has the RE in it , and appears to be what was released on the stock copy . which has two tracks . the tests are rare enough separate and very rare together . these will likely never again be available .

1ST TEST PRESS - you can see the specialty records corporation test press labels underneath the masterwork recording inc test press labels and shows a date of 6 - 18 - 91 . matrix's  -  side A =  SRC DC-2000-A MW-1323        side  B  =   SRC DC-2000-B MW-1323

record   is     VG++!      (        very nice overall with some very light lines/marks       )

generic white cover   is     VG+       (     minor wear  , in shrink     )

2ND TEST PRESS - ONE SIDED ( corrected B side )  - you can see the specialty records corporation test press labels underneath the masterwork recording inc test press labels and shows a date of 8 - 6 - 91 ( masterwork label date has 8.9.91 )  which is almost 2 months after the 1st test pressing . matrix  -   side  B  =   SRC DC-2000-B-RE MW-1323

record   is     VG        (        the music side is nice overall , with some light lines/marks/light scratches . a few of which are feelable with the edge of a fingernail .  i spot checked a few places , and it played in those spots very well , with some minor surface static , and with some minor ticking . still an enjoyable listen , in my opinion . in case anyone cares , the side that is blank with no grooves or music has many light lines/marks and scratches , some feelable , but you can't play that side anyway    )

generic white cover   is     VG+       (     normal wear  , creases , minor ring/rubwear , tiny rip on back      )
