RARE 3-LP SET LEADBELLY LEAD BELLY NEGRO FOLKSONG FOLK WORK SONGS BAD MAN WOMAN

Offered for sale is a rare set of 3 12" 78 rpm LPs of LeadBelly (aka Lead Belly, born Huddie William Ledbetter) singing a variety of Negro Folk and Work Songs. The vinyl in this set is in very good condition for its age, with some minor surface marks and scratches but no major damage. There is no copyright date on the cover or album label, but research indicates this probably dates to the late 1930s or early 1940s. The cover is original, in fair condition with some edge wear and splits in the inners sleeves.

Payment:

Domestic payment may be made by PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover); all International buyers MUST pay with Paypal. All Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Pay at auction end using the Pay Now button, or wait to receive an automated email notification with totals and payment info. Note: If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of the Auction end, please check your bulk email folder; a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.

Checkout must be completed within 5 days of the close of auction. All payments must be received within this time period, or a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping:

The shipping cost for each listing can be determined using eBay's shipping calculator. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Buyer pays ALL shipping and handling expenses as declared in each listing.

In order to avoid excess shipping charges, we have turned off eBay's automatic combined shipping option. If you are bidding on multiple lots, please let us know when you are done buying, so we can send you a revised invoice with the correct combined shipping. If you pay immediately and think the shipping charge was too high, please contact us and we'll be happy to recalculate shipping and refund any extra cost paid.

All items will ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation. We cannot ship FedEx to P.O. Boxes. We may require insurance on some higher-value items. Otherwise, insurance will be the buyer's option.

Encore Online Resale reserves the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. If you need shipping of a particular type (e.g. no USPS or Local Pickup), please contact us so we can adjust invoicing accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: Where we have indicated that we will ship outside the U.S., then international bidders are welcome. All others should inquire first. International shipments are typically sent USPS Priority Mail International. International buyers are also responsible for any import taxes their country may impose. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. WE DECLARE THE SOLD PRICE ON CUSTOMS FORMS (it is a felony crime not to do so), AND WILL NOT SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK US TO! If you are not prepared to pay import taxes, then please DO NOT BID!!

LOCAL PICK-UP: If you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store in Ann Arbor, Michigan, please contact us and we will send a revised invoice with shipping charges removed. Unless prior arrangements are made, local pick-up merchandise MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 days of AUCTION END, or it will be considered abandoned. Under all circumstances, items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned.

Returns:

We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described. If you believe the item you received is not as described in the auction, then notify us within 3 days of the delivery date and return the same item(s) in the same condition for a full item refund. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the three day approval period!  Buyer pays return postage.
