Description

UK first press (1A/1A matrices) copy of the Topic mono LP 12T207 Anne Briggs' self-titled album from 1971. Dark blue label.

Robert Stace front-laminated sleeve has some light edge creases and light ringwear and one small corner bump, but still great structure and bright colour, clean laminate, and despite minor points the sleeve grades EX. 

The vinyl is beautifully glossy and clear, but there are some isolated marks on both sides in the same spot, possibly a pressing fault; these are on tracks 1 to 3, and they do cause clicks and pops of varying volume across each track, from very slight to very noticeable, but the rest of the LP plays really strongly, with just a couple of light hairlines on side 2 not affecting audio. Playgrade is certainly better than visual, due to those isolated marks but, overall, the vinyl certainly grades EX-.
