Record is a 10" pressed onto a 12".
Comes in a cardboard sleeve with the artist/track listing printed on the bottom right of the front.

My rates are fair as I don't own a shop, but package records correctly by buying media mailers, bubble wrap, shipping tape, and cardboard inserts. I remove all records from their jacket and pack both in a clear 3M poly-sleeve to avoid from causing seam splitting, etc.
USPS Media Mail - $5 for first 4x records or 2 (2x) LP and then .50 per additional record. Extra cost covers correct supplies to ship.
International Rates - All orders that weigh more than 4 pounds will have to ship via a priority or higher rated shipping service - you may contact for the rate prior to ordering if you wish Canada : 1-3 records (1-2lbs.) $16.50 for 1x LP ($27 for 3-4 records (2-3lbs.) > please inquire if needed for rates Rest Of World: For 1-2 records (1-2lbs.) $24.50 (or 2 lbs, once over 2lbs. $34 for 4-5 records > please inquire if needed for rates
