Superlative original early 1970s Japanese Audiophile stereo edition of The Velvet Underground & Nico debut LP with Lou Reed, John Cale, Maureen Tucker, Sterling Morrison, and Nico. The definitive grandfather of punk rock and rock as an underworld art form. On the black Verve label with OBI and Andy Warhol banana sticker FULLY intact! This raw and rudimentary music is just as strong today as is was in 1966. Lou Reed archetypal songwriting craftsmanship is alarmingly authentic and as dark as a New York sewer tunnel.
