Album cover is in very good shape with a light amount of yellowing around the edges and and slight paper separation shown in close up photo of corner. Back of cover has very light soiling around album impression. There is NO creases, No writing, No stickers, No personalization. Factory sleeve is in excellent condition, with small edge seperation on bottom. Vinyl is in VG condition with high gloss. Handling marks are present so I looked at this very close with loupe and there are no scratches at all, just the surface swirls. Vinyl labels are in excellent condition with very slight fade to gold embossing on side two. Center hole is crisp and clean.
