Description
THE BEATLES:
COMPLETE SET OF 14 LPs ON 16 CASSETTES (Original UK Parlophone configurations: limited, numbered edition with early LPs digitally remastered, all in a custom wooden box, 1988):
SET IS LIKE NEW; 7 albums are STILL SEALED; the others were played once.
You can be the 2nd owner of this limited, numbered edition 14-LP cassette collection; we bought it new over 23 years ago (we'll include the original Feb. 12, 1989 receipt). The set of 16 cassettes (two are double albums) represents the entire Beatles Parlophone catalog: 13 original LPs from Please Please Me to Let It Be, plus the Past Masters double-LP with singles that never made it onto a UK album.
The set is housed in a custom wooden box, with 2 double-wide slots for the "white" album and Past Masters. It's emblazoned with The Beatles on the slide-up door, and is numbered (this is set #2131). 7 of these cassettes were never opened; here's the complete list:

The early LPs in the set were digitally remastered for this release, which was a big deal in '88. They each had a sticker on the cassette shell which trumpets this innovation; when we opened 4 of these, we carefully peeled the sticker and affixed it to the back of each cassette box (see last photo).
We can't overemphasize the pristine condition of these cassettes. Even the opened cassette shells are like new, and the 7 titles that were opened were played only once. The other 7 are still sealed (picture #6 shows these sealed cassettes). The custom wooden box is in great condition, and will look terrific next to your Beatles records and books. We'll exercise our usual care in packaging this rare collector's item so it arrives in perfect condition!
