The meeting between Hendrix & Zappa !?

French guitarist named Boulou Ferré presents this exciting conceptual album mixing gypsy jazz with psychedelic music ! The guy, who was Messiaen students, was ex-Günther Hampel free jazz member (cf LP: Espace) also in "Emergency" band with Bob Reid & Takashi Kako who appairs on track "Samourai" as arranger. Boulou plays an avant garde jazz à la "Django" and had the good idea with his bro' Elios to incorpore jazz rock with electronics instruments inspired by Jimmy Hendrix works. The result is really fine & groovy between jazz funk, rock, flamenco, bossa & classics. Noticed André Hervé from "Zoo" band gives his help to the groOve. Music speaks better than words… Just listen to the soundclip !
