RARE UK MONO BEATLES PRESSING
The Beatles – Revolver
Parlophone PMC 7009 • UK 1966 Mono • XEX 605-2 / XEX 606-3
A landmark Beatles album in its powerful original mono form
Offered here is a beautiful vintage UK mono pressing of The Beatles – Revolver, released on the classic black and yellow Parlophone label. Revolver is one of the most important albums in popular music history — the moment where The Beatles pushed far beyond beat music into psychedelic rock, studio experimentation and timeless songwriting.
Collectors and serious listeners continue to search for these UK mono copies because the mono mix delivers a direct, punchy and historically authentic listening experience. This copy carries the matrix numbers XEX 605-2 / XEX 606-3, making it a desirable early UK mono pressing. Please note: this is not the withdrawn XEX 606-1 “Tomorrow Never Knows” mix, but it remains a very collectible vintage Beatles mono LP.
