Description

Super rare Beatles White Album limited-edition pressing made for the "We Buy White Albums" exhibit in NYC by Rutherford Chang. This collectible 2LP edition was created by overlapping the sound of 100 unique copies of The Beatles White Album and letting the tracks slowly move out of phase as the albums progress. Very cool experimental edition of The White Album. Packaged in a gatefold jacket with cover and label artwork also composited from the original 100 records- so even the artwork is an experimental layering of visual elements and wear from each of the 100 jackets. Includes 24" × 24" poster featuring images of the individual covers used for the jacket artwork.
