Billy Davis " Get On Gone / Getting Married " TESS MAE 13402 1960s? Baltimore, Maryland address on the labels. Very rare and hard to find. Not listed in the guides. Soul/funk on both sides. He's pretty good. This guy sounds a bit like James Brown including the "...owwwww! " shout outs. Fairly nice. Still shiny and plays well. A few scattered surface scratches and scuffs. Only a tiny one on the A side can BARELY be felt and it doesn't affect the play. Just light background noise in the quiet areas. His voice and the instruments come through loud and strong. NOTE: The labels have been pasted over another label on both sides. One edge of the label is turned up on the " Get on Gone " side and the paper around the spindle hole is a bit rough.
